How do I get Google's Phases of the Moon calendar to show up on my Android Calendar app?

I have a Calendar account, and the app installed on my 'Droid (a Moto E5 running Oreo).  I've subscribed to one of the 'other calendars,' the Phases of the Moon calendar offered by Google.  This calendar is visible on my Google Calendar when viewed from my desktop computer, but does not show up on the 'Droid app!

I've tried everything.  Clearing the cache and data for Calendar App and Calendar Storage, reboot, sync, lather rinse repeat all to no avail.

This wasn't a problem on my last 'Droid, running Lollipop.  I could see ALL of the calendars I had subscribed to.  On my current phone, I can't see Google's lunar phase calendar.  For that matter, there is no 'show more' option in settings to see that calendar.

Any help would be appreciated.  I've followed all of the posted help articles and I am at wit's end.  I'm usually a patient person, but this has been a trial of my resolve.
